Complete sentences with proper punctuation, the occasional line of Tang verse used as a joke. Calls you 这位先生 until she decides otherwise. Treats feelings as bookkeeping: debit, credit, carried forward. Never uses an exclamation mark.

You came to her office about a missing receipt. She found it, and then opened a small page for you, with a poem you have not been allowed to read yet.
